As a Steelers fan, I have to say that Chad Johnson is by far the most annoying player in the NFL. I wish he never scored TDs, that way I wouldn't have to see his dumbass celebrations. He's one of those arrogant, selfish, showboating idiots that have made the NFL a joke. And ESPN just eggs them on. Like that gay commercial where the sportscasters are giving Chad Johnson ideas for his endzone celebrations. I HATE Chad Johnson.

Annoying? Maybe i dont really mind it but he does play well. There is a difference between being cocky and being a poor sport. Chad Johnson still is the type to help a guy up from the opposing team every once in a while or give the opposing player a pat on the butt and a "good game". What i dont like is people like Terrell Owens... Spitting in someones face is never acceptable he has poor character and is a bad sport. You have to give Chad Johnson credit he may be a gloat and annoying as hell but he has good character and is a good idol in a place where there are few to be found.

C'mon, you can't tell me if you had a chance to get Chad Johnson on your team you wouldn't take him. He may be annoying to some of you (mostly steelers, ravens and browns fans) but the only reason you hate him is because he tears you up on the field and that backs up his mouth. He's led the NFL in yardage the last three years, which no one else including Rice has ever done. Besides the Colts we have the best one-two punch in the game with tj and chad and a future hall of famer in palmer. You don't have to like him but stop complaing cause it's turning into the NO FUN LEAGUE.

The people who think Chad is annoying haven't bothered to really check him out. He is 180 from TO. Owens is a self centered moron who could care less about his team or who he hurts with his childish displays. Chad is one of the biggest team players in the league. He is the first one to practice every day and stays late, even sleeping at the facility. He is genuinely liked by almost every other player in the league and if you get to a game early, he will be the one hanging out with the opposing players, laughing and getting along. The NFL needs more people like Chad. He is a man of character, not just a character.

He's the the player i would have on my team. hes very entertaining to watch. I wonder what dance he is going to do when he makes the field. He works hard all day and doesnt complain like TO did all day. He doesnt bash his teammates and isnt selfish. He has great spirit and love for the NFL and isnt making bad decision off the field like his teammate Chris Henry. He is ver enjoyable, he attempts every catch and makes 100% effort unlike Randy Moss did last year. If you find that annoying, thats you but I think Chad Johnson is a great player

He is as annoying as he is talented. Don't kill me fellow Steelers lovers, but the man is good; he just needs to bring it down a few notches. But that seems to be the new nature of his position, some of these WRs think they can out diva the likes of Mariah Carey. But I do wish that Chad would shut the hell up and play some ball. That list he has that's about how no one can cover him? He needs to get a grip on reality and hold on tight. Didn't it take him like 9 games in to make his SECOND touchdown reception? Then, when he changed his name to "ocho cinco", that was the stupidest thing I'd ever heard; "ochenta y cinco" is how you say "eighty-five" in Spanish. And any DUDE that actually spends time thinking about his fairy touchdown celebrations is a bit "hello, sailor" if you know what I mean. Nudge, nudge.
Cheers!

I would say he is the most annoying receiver in the NFL. If you watch other players, they celebrate with their team when they score. Next season, see how many times Chad Johnson does, and then count how many times he does a dance.

I think he is actually entertaining, usually big mouth players annoy me and piss me off, he is different though because he plays the game differently. He is not like TO or Moss, he talks but he is also known for having an amazing work ethic, he studies film like crazy, and puts forth a great effort. He isnt one of those guys who quits on plays or is selfish. He backs up everything he says.

as long as he produce (maybe 3-4 more years ) he will be viewed differently. as soon as his age catches up with his ability no team will sign him even if he is "better" than someone else. plus as long as TO is running around out there chad looks tame.
