Mrs. Shiraz:
Would any professor in their right mind spew the kind of hate and intollerance that I've seen you display on your other posts? Boy am I glad none of my political science professors were like you and I do sure hope that you keep your biased opinions to yourself in the classroom!!!

My poli sci professors (and I took quite a few classes) were all professional and took to the middle of the road and I come from a very liberal state. That is the way you should be when teaching especially on the college level.

I would consider myself liberal, but I respect some ideas of the fiscal conservatives. I have a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in German.

You can be conservative and not spew hate. I tend to be more conservative than libeal.
However, it would be difficult to find someone who is 100% liberal or conservative. Many people tend to be conservative on some issues and liberal on others, and vice versa. Even I am liberal on some issues and I'm a Republican.
I also have a B.A. in Political Science, and am currently working on my Thesis for my Masters in public affairs (Poli Sci emphasis).

i am a conservative.. i have a BA degree and admit i used to be a liberal in high school and the first couple years of college. But then i grew up and thought about what the liberal policies are doing to this country. I think as many people, (not all) grow older they tend to get more conservative. But the liberals don't give up and start to get you right from the beginning. Look at the schooling system in this country and what is being taught and who is teaching it.. all liberals, in colleges and universities, a large % are liberals and this is the slant they put on things. For me, it was when i started working when i began to change my mind. I saw how much money i was paying in taxes and then began to read, listen, and see how a majority of the programs which our money is going towards are all messed up and not doing what they are supposed to do. After seeing all of this, i changed my views and now am conservative on 98% of issues and in the middle of the road on the other 2%

I consider myself conservative, but quizzes reveal me to be a right-leaning centrist. You could also say I have some libertarian leanings, as I don't think people should be forced to wear seat belts (though they should know the risks), and I think, as far as a smoking ban goes, the decision should be left up to each property owner, not the government.
I am anti-abortion, pro-gun, anti-sodomy, pro-death penalty, and for limited government. I'm a fundamentalist Christian and I'm against the Iraq invasion.
I graduated from high school and I had a 24-week administrative assistant course immediately afterward.
