Junior refused it until he sought after his Dad's advisors when it became clear that he'd made a chaotic mess in Iraq he couldn't figure out what to do with. But then, he ignored their advice in the end, it didn't jive with his "vision," big surprise.

I imagine Bill will be a very valuable advisor to Hillary. She is more than capable of making good decisions for our country on her own, but she would be stupid to ignore the experience a past President so close to her brings. Especially one so gifted at foreign relations. It's clear to many that Bill is a plus to Hillary's campaign, not a detriment. Some aren't even shy about saying straight out, it's two for one and I'm voting for her based on that. Others knock that idea as bad, but then that's coming from those who wouldn't vote for her in any case anyway.
