My boyfriend is in the Navy and might get tranfered to Europe and I am still in college and have agreed to tranfer over there but I need to know if I get a degree over there that I can still bring it back and use it over here too. Thanks!!

You can, so long as its a reputable degree from a reputable program. If it's from a non-English-speaking country, you'll want to have your transcripts and diploma translated and certified before you return to the US. And even with information in English, some companies will want that information to be certified.

There are recognised companies that do this sort of certification - their business is to evaluate foreign credentials and prove that they are actually the equivalent of a US degree. I've provided a link to one such company, below (not sure if they are the best - I'm just using them as an example.)

But, in general, your foreign degree should be recognised.

In addition, many US universities and colleges have branch campuses in foreign countries. For example, Kean University, part of the New Jersey state university system, has a campus in China. Fordham University runs an MBA program in China. There are other such schools, where you'd be getting a US credential, even though you were overseas. These may be a possibility.
