I understand your dilemma. My work is insufficient to occupy me full time so I sometimes do what I am doing, right now, answering your questions. What I try to do to make my work day more productive is to make a list of the things I need to do and the things that I should do and a list of the things I want to do. Then I have to discipline myself to stick to the list and accomplish what is on it. I try to start with the needs, work down to the shoulds and finally to the wants. Sometimes the items on the list will move from one category to another because of time constraints or unforseen interventions that change the scenario. Mostly, it takes personal discipline, one thing I am not particularly good at.

go in a chat room, a really good one or go on your instant messenger. If u have alot of friends you shoud be fine.This will move too slow (y answers).
