New relationships have a way of effecting friendships, it really sucks. Unfortunately I am usually the friend that gives up everything for the guy. I know you have already given her some slack, but trust me she is going to need you, just take a break from the everyday contact, and be ready to make time for her when she does need you. They will eventually get into an arguement and she will come calling on you for advice. Then it will be time to be honest about how hurt you are, and how she is making no time for the rest of her life. Not to say that this is totally true in your friends case, but in mine, well i have always been the girl that went for any guy attention, i wasn't the slut in school, i mean, if a guy liked me, i spent time with him, alot. My father left when i was really young, and i think somehow, it has something to do with that. I am the girlfriend that stays home incase he calls at the last minute to do something, i am the girlfriend that does everything for the guy. Trust me I am not always happy, and that is when i need my friends.

Tell her you don't want to be friends if she keeps acting this way. If she is your BFFL, she'll come around. Then you'll know if she's even a BF or just an F.

Sounds like she may be getting a little selfish. Well, you two are so close, have a chat with her and let her know she needs to remember you are her friend, and you don't want her treating you like crap. If you mean anything to her, she will hear you out and hopfully treat you much better.

We all change all the time. Change is a constant. Your BF has a new BF? She is obviously occupying her mind with thoughts of him. If she is your BF, be happy with her and create some good memories. Don't clash as that will end the friendship.

you need to understand that friendship is fleeting when it comes to love. Once a person committs to sexual experience with another person their past friendships start playing second fiddle.
Remember, all of us were put on this earth to reproduce ourselves and the lust for love and sex outweighs friendship.
