How do i type the parallel line things on the keyboard?

if you mean these lines ||| all you have to do is press your "\" button and shift which should be just above or around your enter button depending on your key board

Not sure what you mean.
The equal sign? Just hit the sign that looks like = . If you mean the forward or back slash used in web addresses press the / key or the \ as many times as you like. If you mean the underscore line then you need to hit the shift key at the same time as the - key.
