<b>LAPTOP WONT TURN ON! One quick question!</b>?

Okay, well my laptop wont turn on. I've done alot of research about what could be the cause; I read somewhere that it could need to be reset, I would do this by removing the battery, HD, and the memory stick. When I got to the memory part.. I discovered that there was no memory in the laptop :\. ( someone stole it?) Anyways, with the laptop having no memory would this cause it not to turn on with no lights or fans after i press the Power Button? Plz help!

Well Its not the adapter or the battery.. I'm only wondering if because the laptop has no actual memory stick, would that cause it not to turn on and no lights to even light up when plugged in. The light on the Power adapter is on and stays on but nothing on the computer

With laptops, it is not set in stone whether or not the computer will work without memory. Some (albiet few) laptops have memory built right into the system board.

Others have two memory slots, one on the back and one underneath the keyboard.

If your laptop worked fine before and now does not, it is most likely because of some other problem. Though, I will say it is not impossible for someone to steal your ram.

If there was no ram in the computer, it would at least power on. Since you say it will not turn on at all, there must be some other issue.

Does the power plug feel loose when it is plugged into the computer?

Does the computer have a light that turns on when you plug the power plug in?

make sure your laptop is fully charged with the ac adapter
if it doesnt come on with the ac adapter then possible not getting a charge to the motherboard either bad battery or bad mother board

Maybe you have to charge your laptop and then if that doesnt work then you should call up the store and complain.
