well which county has the most surestarts? They are set in in deprived areas and Tyne & Wear have loads : )

I don't know about England - I thought your question was about the UK. Belfast has the largest population living below the breadline in the UK according to National Statistics.

Yes the north east is in there but I would 100 times rather live here than London (clear winner on link below)
