Yes they do share smokes but but usually we ask to bum a smoke not a f a g. I heard the term in Europe so I know what your talking about.

Hahahaha...I remember the first time I chatted online with a guy from England and he said he was going to have a f a g and then go to bed. I was flabbergasted until he explained what it meant. I still chuckle over that.

In the U.S.A, that word means

Welcome to the US, I suppose you have just come accross the wrong crowd, or it is possible that with the average cost of a pack of Cigs these days (approx. $4.00 per pack) most people just can not afford to give them away. It's sad but true.
