This a homework question? They're to tell the owner about the car, what the controls do, what the instruments mean etc.

You can tell those who either don't have the handbook any more or who haven't read it by the number of questions on here asking "what that red light means" and similar!

And, yes, often translated from Japanese via Bulgarian, by the look of the English used.

Just so if something goes wrong in the car, there might just be something in the handbook to cover what has gone wrong, nobody ever uses it most of the time, they just go to a mechanic. Handbooks sit in the compartment of your car getting destroyed for most of the life of the car, but are required. Although its not like the handbook tells you 'how to drive' lol

The same point of any product handbook. To warn you how not to kill yourself in a really dumb way with the product in fourteen different languages, none of which are translated correctly.

How is the vehicle registered in California? Is it "John AND Mary, or is it John OR Mary? no count if that's "and" it is at an analogous time owned, and your mom could conform to alter the registration. no count if that's "or" that's one after the other owned by using each and every man or woman, and your mom would not could sign the identify to pass it to you. Many married couples sign in vehicles this form ("or") so as that if one dies the possession of the vehicle at once turns into that of the different without dealing with probate. as quickly as this messy subject is resolved and you progression to Washington you have 30 days to sign in the vehicle. good good fortune.
