Hi!
This problem has just occurred today on my XP machine. I have spent the whole day looking up information on this issue and reviewing all of your answers. I am no computer expert, so I found that the easiest and safest way to resolve this issue was to:
- Stop the spylocked.exe process and delete it.
- I found that all of the files in the location C:\Program Files\Internet Security had been created at the exact time that the spylocked software loaded itself onto my machine. I couldn't delete these files from their location or stop the processes, so I cut and pasted them to a new location and then deleted them. The files are:
pmmnt.exe
isamini.exe
isadd.dll
ts.ico
ot.ico
iesuninst.exe
iesplugin.dll
pmunst.exe
pmsnrr.exe
isunst.exe
isamntr.exe
The result of this is that the annoying yellow triangle is gone and my internet home page is once again restored. The "NO/white question mark in blue circle" is still there but only gives one message when the machine is switched on. If I have to take any further action then I will buy suitable software to fix this problem (as I would fear damaging my machine if I delete anymore dll files!).....for the moment I can live with it :-)

SpyLocked is the new Spyware Quake for sure! The Zlob trojan is notorious for embedding corrupt anti-spyware. SpyLocked is a hard one to remove just like its predecessors, Spyware Quake, VirusBurst, VirusBurster and SpyDawn. I just can't figure out why they don't change that stupid logo which is on all of these crappy programs! Start off by removing these files here.

Have you tried to uninstall it?
Go to Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs
Find SpyLock and click on Remove
You can also try the following. I claim no responsibility for its effectiveness or lack of effectiveness or any problems it may fix or create. I've never had any occasion to use it.
http://www.fix-my-pc.org/removetrojanvirus/zlob-trojan.htm
You should ALWAYS have an anti-virus program running on your computer and keep it updated daily to prevent viruses installing on your computer.
Good luck.
If it is a trojan virus that has invaded your machine, sometimes the only thing you can do effectively is to wipe your drive by freshly reinstalling your operating system. I've not had any luck doing a repair of an XP machine. Fresh install. I hope you don't have to take it that far.
You can do an online virus scan free. It is dependable.

SpyLocked (Spy Locked) is a rogue program that is installed by a trojan called Zlob. Of course you need to remove SpyLocked, but more importantly, you need to ALSO remove the Zlob trojan that installed it. Zlob infects your computer and starts generating warning messages in hopes of scaring you into buying SpyLocked. Download SpyNoMore to scan your PC, it is very effective against the Zlob trojan and SpyLocked.

Oh my God! SpyLocked just came out and it's a nasty one! SpyLocked is the newest rogue anti-spyware program to be released on the Web. You might have caught SpyLocked through one of the videocodecs that come bundled with Trojans.
Are you getting security alerts that say your computer is infected? If so, stay away from them! That's the trojan confusing you in order to buy SpyLocked. You must remove SpyLocked immediately from your computer. Check your "Add/Remove Application" to see if it shows the SpyLocked program. Now, if it's not there then it is really hidden in your machine and it will keep popping out every time you reboot.
Look for this file C:\Program Files\SpyLocked\SpyLocked.exe on your computer. More SpyLocked files on http://www.spywareremove.com/removeSpyLocked.html (revisit this page for SpyLocked updates).
I hope you get rid of SpyLocked for good!

i got the same thing. find and remove the file Fyxkaah.dll , it is located in system32 when I tried to delete it, it says cannot delete because it is in use. I deleted the all the files I could in the spylocked folder in programs and then logged off and back on as admin in the safemode. I tried to delete but it said the same thing. I played around with the menu where you right click on the fyxkaah.dll file, select properties and it had a security tab and I tried to deny access and changed whatever I could, deleted people from the list and stuff. I then restarted up back in admin safe mode and I got to the file as fast as I could and deleted it. I thought if I did it fast I could delete it before whatever program opens it up did so. And it worked maybe if you made a shortcut to the system 32 folder and quickly deleted the file before it starts then maybe you can avoid all the safemode stuff. Well man, good luck! Let me know if it works for you - Jason

First find out where it installed itself on the machine. If youve run your spyware detection programs it will tell you the exact location. once you find them delete them. If you can not you might have to boot up into safe mode and get rid of them that way. If that doenst work look up spylocked and regedit on the internet. normally you will find a step by step procedure on how to remove these files from the registry.
