So, there are more than roller coasters at each Six Flags park.

Let him go on other rides. Most parks have 17 non-roller coasters rides in which anyone could ride that is 5 years, and up. We aren't talking about the real "kiddie rides" in the kiddie section.

Magic Mountain in California has a Scrambler, Bumper Cars, a ride in which cars go down a drop, a Round-Up, another spinning ride, a Boat ride that goes back and forth, a old car ride, a tower in which you can see the whole park, a carousel, swing ride, a Himilaya, another Himilaya type ride that reminds me of a roller coaster, a raft ride, two water flume rides, another big flume ride, a slide that's in the dark, a Tilt-A-Whirl, a monorail, and so on. There are other rides besides roller coasters in Six Flags parks. I don't what park you are going to, but they all have these non-roller coaster rides.

Heck, if that Tilt-A-Whirl was open, I could've rode that for a long time. It wasn't open at that time because of budgets, but now it's open for good again.

See if there are other rides he can go on. I hate roller coasters too (because I always get sick on them). My friends just made me sit with the bags and stuff. It really sucked. There has to be some other activites that you can do and ride the roller coasters only a few times.

There isn't really much you can do. Have him go on the small rides and let them know you are there so they won't be scared. I am totally scared of roller coasters but when you go on them with a friend it somehow is kind of better even if it is still scary. It might just be the feeling that if you happen to fall of the track, you have a friend to be injured with! LOL Sorry I didn't help you much.

don't force him to go on them... if he wants to give it a try encourge him, if no leave him alone about it. If you are going to hang together and you want to ride have him wait for you at the exit or pick an meeting place for when you get off the ride.... the Six Flags Parks are safe enough if you are younger kids (12-14) so don't worry about him being alone for a little while. He can even walk thru line with you and just walk across to the exit as you board the ride that way he knows you are on and will be off soon. That what I do with my kids on rollercoasters that they want do ride and I don't.

i think you can take Dramamine before if you get sick or dizzy on those rides.

i hate roller coasters and everything else that goes high or makes me dizzy, so i avoid those parks altogether. however when i've been forced to go, then i just clench my jaw, hold on to the safety bar, close my eyes, and wait for the ride to be over. Sometimes I'll get a pass and sit with all the old people on the benches, and wave to everyone while I munch on nachos or something. Mmm nachos.

The tradition of the humans within the field of the Six Flags, the g- drive, phyics of curler coasters, and the Six Flags in Geogia yearly holds this academic day. See if the only close you has this as good.

Sometimes this can cause motion sickness, similar to feeling queasy while flying, on a boat, etc. It's really an ear imbalance. To prevent it, try purchasing "Sea Bands" which are available from your drug store over the counter or on the net for about $8. They are wristbands with a bead that fits in the flexor tendon of the wrist and work by accupressure to prevent motion sickness.

Which Six Flags park?

Anyways, just tell them to get on it. If they don't, drag them on it. If that doesn't work, just leave them at the entrance and tell them to wait for you to get off the ride.

There are TONS of other rides that you can ride. If he doesn't like the rides don't force him because it may make him sick and then you will have no fun at all because you will have to take care of him instead of riding the non-coaster rides.

i went to great adventure with my best friend last fall and on the bus, she reufused to go on any. at the end of the day, she totally changed her mind because she saw how much fun everyone else was having. if that doesnt work for your friend, just tell him he's being a baby (because guys hate that) and nothing will happen to him, so theres no need to worry.
