The RPM's jump and it feels like my car is about to shut off. I will let off the gas and it kinda feels like it just dosent want to run any more. It only has about 130000 and its been well taken care of. Any comments Please.

Sounds like something EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) oriented. I would get it to a major parts store ASAP and have the check engine light checked. They can tell you what the car is trying to say.
Also check all your air hoses...make sure there's no air getting in behind any sensors. This can cause all sorts of confusion in a newer car.

i own a repair shop,and first off you need to take it by any auto zone store and have it scanned first,this will help you in repairing it later,at least by having it scanned you will know if it has any bad sensors on it,and you,ll know what needs to be replaced,its probably a simple fix, most of the time it is,but i wouldn't buy any parts for it,until i knew for sure what was wrong with it,good luck i hope this helps.

my civic did tha same exact thing at the same exact mileage.. mine was a busted transmission.. the earlier u get it fixed the cheaper its gonna be.. but first go to autozone or aamco to do a free diagnosis on your transmission...
