I was wondering if anyone here has ever panhandled for any reason, and what was the most you received from one person, mine was $200

I have never done that personally, but once my daughter and her friend went to hang out for the day, on a Saturday, and I had to go to the grocery store. I pull up and find my daughter and her friend sitting on the curb by the store, playing guitars and singing because they wanted money to go to the movie! WTF? I was like, what the hell are you doing? You could have just asked me for the money!!!!!! LoL..... they made about $42 and change.

NO, but I have been asked for money plenty of times...I live in California. where everyone panhandles! Someguy made 50K a year and was featured in the paper

No I haven't panhandled but when I work the auction I do have a tip jar.

nope, but i was downtown once and an older man asked if i was " in need"...ie. homeless...hungry....ha!!
