I want to sell my old laptop. Is there an easy way to clear out my personal stuff?

You can put them all in the trash and then empty the trash
or you can go into dos(start-all programs-accessories-command promt) and type formatC: then y(this will remove everything even windows

Your computer should have come with a restore disc. Once you get all the info out of it that you'd like to keep, just run that restore disc...what that does is restores the computer to the way it was when you originally bought it. All your personal info will be wiped out.

No, it does not delete records yet make get right of entry to to them swifter, extremely of being scattered all over the stress , defrag brings the classes records closer , defrag extremely does not make your laptop swifter, disk cleanup , extra ram extremely does.

reformate the laptop easy to do i mean i can do it so its easy anyone can do this
