Why do you think this is? Do they really think that 70% of the American people are liberals? Do they consider all moderates and those in their party who disagree with Bush's war policy as liberals too because they disagree with them? I wish they could be honest for once and acknowledge that it isn't only liberals who have a problem with this war. Sen. John Warner would probably get a belly laugh at being called a liberal, and he opposes Bush's stand on Iraq. Comments?

For those who assume I'm a liberal, I'm not. I'm a moderate and I resent being labeled as a liberal because I oppose the mismanagement of this war and Bush's failed policies in Iraq.

To those who questioned the number of 70%, you are technically right - the average seems to be about 65% that feel this war is a failure and Bush's Iraq policy is wrong. The question still remains valid. Here's a link so you check out the numbers for yourselves:

Duh yourself Kevin. You assume they are all liberals, they aren't. I'm not the only moderate in YA who posts answers and questions against the Bush Administration. You fell right into my point with this - you assume they are all liberals because the right calls them that.

70%, wow that is a huge stretch... They ask "liberals" because although they complain about every situation, they never come up with an alternative. Ask a liberal how they would end the war in Iraq, and they would say pull all of the troops out. In reality everyone knows if that happened the Middle-East would be so unstable that terrorism as we know it would pail in comparison. They would be empowered by the US failure and feel as if they could win on our soil as well.
Why is it that liberals hate Bush so much, they want to see us lose and at greater risk? To prove a point that we should not of went to Iraq to begin with, I think we all understand that now.

Wait a minute - those that are mentally disabled are entitled to their jobs - McBush should be president. He may have a lot more beneficial household projects than ordinary electorate. He may have our united states's protection in palms - so therefore his body of options is a controversy - and with the onset of senility and the actual undeniable actuality that he suffers from PTSD - sure that needs to disqualify him!

We know that the majority of that 70% are liberals. John Warner will probably lose his position when it's up or switch his party and try that route. Like Joe Lieberman did. He was a Democrat who is for the war and switched to an Independent to get elected.

This is easy because it is mostly liberals that get all of the press,it is mostly liberals who do all of the demonstrations and criticism which they are excellent at, if you notice liberals never come up with sensible solutions just slogans and platitudes to make themselves and followers feeeeel better.

I can tell you are a liberal because your question lack logic. I will give you a sample I make a statement criticizing the report that black household earn less that white household because I hold up Bill Cosby household as a example of why that statement can't be true. Just because you can find example of the norm does not make a statement untrue.

Straight party right wingers only have one agenda and that is the removal of the Democrat party. The war in Iraq means nothing to them.

Americans are not 70% opposed to the war in Iraq completely. They are opposed to the way it is going. When the Iraqis are able to defend themselves, then the approval rating will go up. And the Democrat leadership will be shown to be against victory.

DUH

Cause liberals are the ones who are lying and posting things against Bush. I'm not a fan but he was the best person for the job given the choice between the two that ran.

I'm very conservative and I don't support Bush or this war. I'm happy to say I never voted for him! (I voted Constitution Party in 2004.)

I'm sick of people all over the political spectrum trashing the Constitution. It seems, though, that this abuse has been more prevalent with this administration. 9/11, in my view, has served as a catalyst.

I get your point and agree with it in part. Bush is a liberal and I approve of his war policies in many areas. He hasn't handled the war to perfection but then again neither has any other president in any other war.

I guess the Bush is a liberal thing is wrong as far as his policies on the war goes but in most areas he is a liberal.
