The Bronx is north of Manhattan. It's the only borough "on the mainland." (Between Westchester county and Connecticut.)

Area codes for the Bronx are 347 and 718 (overlayed.)

The Bronx is NOT between Westchester county and Conn. Westchester is south and west of Ct., and the Bronx is south of Westchester.
