Yes. If you are cheating on the person you supposedly love, you are not being loving to that person, the person your cheating with, or to yourself. If you're not married, I say cut the ties now before you're too deep to get out. If you are married, stop cheating, fess up, and get some help with a professional counselor. I don't know if marriage is in the future plans, but research shows that if you cheat before marriage, you'll cheat after marriage, too. You are obviously not happy and there are problems in the relationship somewhere. So, you really have two options: 1) stop cheating, fess up, get into couples counseling, and try to work it out or 2) stop cheating, fess up, and break up. Either way, you need to fess up. Don't cheat. It's just bad for all parties involved. Good luck and do the right thing.

I'm baffled that you even have to ask this question. If your partner cheats on you then you are not in as serious as a relationship as you think and are being PLAYED.
Cheating is a valid enough of a reason to end a relationship.

Well, if you have any kids, you might want to rethink the whole leaving bit and work on the reasons for WHY you are cheating. Doesn't it say something to you that your relationship is no good if you are cheating? OR perhaps it's that you just lack honor, loyalty and self control?

IMO it is. If you are the one cheating then something is missing in your relationship. If he is the one cheating it is the same thing. There are some people that can work through it but it is long and heartbreaking. If you both want to work on it and are willing to give it 500% then you may succeed. If one of you isn't willing then it will never work.

When you feel bored and half hearted in each other's company.Cheating might be a big reason. 'Cause nobody wants to be cheated.
