Based on a total cost of $378 billion, it is $3,375 for every American household or $1,275 for every American or $2,848 per taxpayers. The money (already spent or allocated) is being spent at a rate nearly $11 million per hour and $255 million per day.

The estimate is based on an NPP analysis of the legislation appropriating money for the Iraq War and Congressional Research Service reports. The CRS reports were based not just on Congressional appropriations, but on the Department of Defense's (DOD) DFAS monthly obligations reports indicating funds transferred from other functions to the Iraq War.

Let's all take a moment to think what good that kind of money would do in your town. New roads, bridges, schools, community centers, more police, more teachers, more park rangers, better public transportation. What a wonderful world!

The longer it is going on the extra severe this is going to become. The loss of yankee troops does not look a venture with him. the actuality that he thinks yet another 20 billion dollar investment could be justified does not look to count to him. the actuality that he needs extra troops to be sent over to scrub his decrease to rubble does not look to count to him. I look to remember him touchdown on an airplane provider and proclaiming "venture performed" some years back. i don't understand what the venture became, or the way it have been performed. even even though it merely examined to me that his familiar managerial skills are very questionable. It does look that he could be attempting to intentionally fail in this actual job. i can in basic terms surmise that this could be some evil plot to be left for the subsequent chump to freshen up as quickly as he's out of place of work. I pity the fool who inherits this problem after the subsequent election. it shouldn't get any further useful, formerly it probably gets a good purchase worse. I additionally think of that if something occurs in destiny and the country has to place self belief in the volunteer militia, this might merely reason childrens to sidestep militia provider all jointly.

We know that it costs billions of dollars and it won't stop when the war ends and we have to give Halliburton more money. Also, the cost of medical assistance for the millions of veterans has not been tallied into the figures as yet and that cost will continue for many years to come.

Taxes were decreased under Bush, so apparently not that much. We borrowed the war cost mostly from China.

None. If you pay taxes (many of you don't) then it's no longer your money. It belongs to the government and you have no say over something that you don't own any more. Why can't you get that through you head?
