Why is it that a man's sexual prime(age 12 to 30) is well before a woman's, whom by then(when she's 30+) has missed the man's prime? Is this a cruel joke on God's part?

Yes, evolution makes these things happen the way they do. Apparently it works all right because people keep f*ckin. With 6.6 billion people on the planet, I'd say it's an ingenious evolutionary occurance.
