Telekinesis. If you had this power you would effectively have both, because you could cause a vehicle to move in which you were contained, but with your mind instead of your body. So, in theory, you could do this while sleeping.

Although teleportation would be pretty cool, I'd find more ways to make money using telekinesis.

Teleportation. You wouldn't need a car or anything, you could just go wherever you wanted. Read the book "Jumper", it's about a kid who can teleport. It's great.
