Right after thanksgiving dinner?
What sort of question is this? Aside for collection of metoric material, the Moon's mass does not change (and the collection of metoric material is very small compared to the total mass of the Moon).
I think you mean something aside for heaviest, but I don't know what you mean. . .

Nowhere. The moon is in free fall and is therefore weightless. It has a lot of mass, which increases slightly as rocks and dust fall upon it, but it has no weight because it's not pressing against anything.

Actually this must be a joke. The moon doesn't actully change weight. If this is not a joke, you really may have a valid lawsuit against the education system.
