I think education in India is still better than in China. India has got the world-famous IITs!

if u want ENGLISH education - by which u can get an excellent It job in the US or UK - go for India, china prefers Chinese, and that won't help u much outside of China/Korea
plus, India has a higher adult literacy rate vs. china/korea

Well first of all, most Indian state universitys are taught in english while in China, in chinese dialect. In the grand scheme of things, Id have to say its real close but I'd go with India.
