I feel so violated and he can see everything. I live on a row of 5 houses anhe lives on the end im in the middle, he just brought the house on the end so he ownes the 2 semis on our row and i think he has a camera pointing to his other house from the one he lives in. But its pointing at my house too! I didnt get to record the thing i picked

contact your local police and place a complaint regarding your privacy being violated. the police wont need the recording never the less you should tell them about the signal you picked up they can relocate it. the police can also simply look at the cameras and see that they are pointed to your house. to summarize you shoul act upon a privacy violation law.

I guess you live in the UK but our laws are pretty similar. That is called a Junk Yard here in the US and you have to have a permit for it. Keep calling the cops until he cleans that up.

Now about the spying. I don't see why you can't log a complaint about that with the police department either. You have a witness. There is no reason for him to have a camera centered directly on your house. They cops would investigate probably.

Good luck.

If it have been me, i might opt to appreciate who became spying on me. for this reason, i might Retrieve the element and take it to somebody who is conscious what it could be (Radio Shack, or whoever you would be delicate with), and locate out what the heck that's. Is it audio? Video? the two? ***make certain this is inoperable***, then replace it anyplace you got here upon it. because of fact i've got have been given a feeling whoever placed it there is going to opt to disclaim, deny, deny they did it... in keeping with what the Radio Shack individual says, i might next seek for anyplace the gadget feeds to--the two up interior the attic, or into somebody's laptop. considering the fact it is the place the audio, and/or video, is being saved... that's a disgusting invasion of privateness, and you have have been given a precise to be mad as he&&. i might want some solutions. And somebody could be telling me what's up with the gadget. reliable success.

I agree with Ethan D about the privacy invasion, and you can call your City Code Enforcement dept. about the junk in his yard. They will give him a time limit to clean it up, then start legal proceedings against him if he does not comply. This could get expensive for him in the long run- so it usually doesn't take long.

Best wishes..

If he's watching his own property with a camera and your house happens to be in the frame too, he's not doing anything wrong. It sounds more like you have a gripe with the garbage and the grouchiness. The grouchiness you will have to live with, but take up the garbage with your village council.
