Happens randomly. Episodes can occur multiple times in one day or one episode in several mths. It starts off and ends the same way each time. Doesn't matter what position I may be in, but if standing I have to sit or I'll "fall out". It has what I call phases 1, 2, and 3. Phase 1 is a feeling of being oveheated. Phase 2 is nausea and dizziness. Phase 3 is weakness and a feeling of pure exhaustion. Now.. Once phase 1 hits.. a few minutes passes and phase 2 starts. Now, Phase 1 and 2 are going on at the same time. A few minutes pass and phase 3 begins, but phase 2 is starting to disappear. Now phase 1 and 3 are going on. While 3 is getting started phase 1 goes away leaving me with phase 3 which lasts the longest.. up to 3 hrs at times.

After phases 1 and 2 are completely gone, but during phase 3... I am left feeling totally exhausted. It takes every ounce of strength to turn my head. ONce phase 3 passes... I am fine just like before the episode occurred... Can NE 1 help !!!!!!!

I have been to the dr. All tests ran showed normal results. Blood pressure readings, sugar levels, eeg, ekg, and cat scan... all came back normal. I check my bp and sugar levels with my aunt's monitors and it's always normal..

You seem to be in pre -epileptic state.or, may be, in for an onset of Menopause. Such grave matters are not to be explored through chat forums like this. After an episode, sit down calmly and record whatever you can recall. Do this for as many previous episodes as you can remember clearly. If it begins to be cloudy memory , then stop and record new ones as and when they occur. Once you have a complete record of three episodes, take the notes to a doctor and get clear advice.

You may have diabetes. Go get your blood sugar checked by a doctor immediately. It could be anything. But tell the doctor this, is could be very serious.

See a doctor. This isn't something that can be treated at home, even if any of us knew specifically what was happening.

Good luck.
