Go cheap shopping - go to thrift stores, stores that sell used books or music even work - and try to find the tackyest, weirdest thing. You don't even have to buy it, just show each other.

Not knowing where you live, it's a shot in the dark. Free concerts, picnic with the sunset (maybe too romantic), gift certificate to help her pay for something she really wants.
