Negi's first appearance is in Anime Episode 21.
He makes one or two appearances duing the first stage of the Chuunin exam.
Episode 46 sees him battling Hinata.
Then Episode 60 sees him battling Naruto.
Episode 63 sees him unvailing the truth behind his fathers demise.
Starting Episode 110 is when Neji and the 4 other Konoha Genin set out to rescue Sasuke.
This arc (With Neji in) lasts for 7 episodes.
Neji goes out on episode 117.
He's spotted in various other episodes with no big part.
His last big appearance before the Timeskip is between episodes 197 & 201.
He is finally seen in episode 214 & 215.
He has yet to be spotted in the Shippúden.
But in the trailer, if you slow it down x5 you can catch a slight glimpse of the Konoha chuunin -- Neji
