Bush never had a plan, that's why our military is in such a mess in Iraq.

Well, let's see,

Shock and Awe was really the first.

Then Stay the Course.

Followed by Stay the Course.

Then, Stay the Course.

Then, Continue to Stay the Course.

Then "We've never said 'stay the course'." (That one confused me, as I was pretty sure I'd heard Stay the Course more than once.)

Let's see, oh yes, there was a brief flirtation with "Don't Cut and Run" which basically boiled down to, uh, well, Stay the Course.

Then there was "We're not saying Stay the Course, but we're going to keep doing the same damn, dumb thing over and over."

But then the strategy truly changed:

Adapt and Win, which is Stay the Course with different words.

Surge. (Which amounts to the same strategy, but a bit more so.)

More surge.

Just a bit more surginess.

And finally, I know, Let's Go Surgin' Now.

Did I leave any out?

actual hilarious. regrettably i'm right here in Baghdad and frightened that there may be some certainty in the old adage "Many a real notice spoken in jest". Is Iraq in elementary terms a heat-up consultation for Iran?

His war plan is like all war plans before; fluid. It changes as it is realized that it is not working as thought. No war plan ever goes as advertised. D Day was a botched job that worked out nicely due to our forces ability to adapt and overcome.

This is a war on terror. If there were battle lines, we would have won by now. We are fighting a bunch of cowards.

if we are all behind the effort, any plan can work. Btw, is your spaceship driver muslim? If so you may not want to bring any alcohol to your friends on Pluto.
