Yes, even had thunder earlier this afternoon. My friend and I drove from Lake Tahoe to Sacramento mid-afternoon today and had some snow along the way.

No. However, we just had 2 weeks of warm "spring" weather in England then is awful cold front and freezing northern air poured in and brought some snow.

I am in Eastern England, and it rarely rains here, so much for those foreigners who thinking england is "rainy". Eastern England averages less rainfall a year than parts of the middle east.

No, it's around 25 degrees & overcast, it probably won't rain until the end of April here.

I'm on the coast of North Carolina and it's actually nice and sunny here. I think it's about 65 degrees. Getting better...I'm so ready for spring...better yet summer!

no it dosnt it isnt possible at this time of the year as it isnt the time of north east monsoon
