It looks like it on your D: Drive or CD/DVD.
Do you have a Disc in the Drive?
Many times a Anti-Virus may say something a virus when it not. This why I quarantine the suspected virus and if everything work then delete it.
The "im gvemver1" looks to me to be something with "Instant Messaging".

Looks like you got a threat on the d drive, which for most people is their cd/dvd drive.
