follow the advice given already. You said "it's only for a customer service call center" you putting the company and yourself down in that sentence. there's nothing wrong with that job my sis does it and she's worked up to Team Leader and has won awards, she really enjoys it. Give it your best shot and all the very best, hope you get the job.

Visit the local office of the Company and get to know as much as you can about that company, its products and services. Talk to customers and find out what are the typical complaints and see how you can understand the methods the company has for helping the customers.

Ask a friend or relative to give you a "practice" interview ahead of time.

When you meet the interviewer, smile and make eye contact.

Answer the questions honestly - if you don't know something, say so but add that you want to learn.

Remember to send a "thank you" note afterward to everyone you interview with (get business cards so you spell their names correctly.)

Good luck!

Try to be precise with your answers. Don't speak too much (give the full and right answer not m,ore than that.)

Avoid panicking and confusing words or sentences.

just sound calm, stress free and speak clearly.

Think of what you would like from someone if you called them.
