I love Beagles. They are small dogs. They are also very loyal and easy to train. I don't know of any breeders.

get a papillon it's a cool looking small dog thats like a long haired chihuahua with big butterfly ears that give the dog the cutest look. This bred is known for being friendly with strangers and childern and itsn't yippy like so many other small bred. Of course when the summer is over it will still require care and will look cute wit hit's head sticking out of one of those pet purses.
You sould just go to a local pet land since they have the puppies and food, crate and other pet stuff right there and they always have papillions, and other small dogs, breeders are pretty picky about people who want a dog based off of it being cute or fashionable and they want breeding contracts and maybe won't sell you anything.

Are you getting a dog because you want a companion or because its going to make you look cool? Just to step out of the house isn't a good enough reason. Think about the responsibility before you get a pet that will be OUT OF STYLE for you later own. That animal doesn't deserve being treated like that.

Pomeranians are very cute. I wanted to get one but was told by a pet shop employee that they are not very good around small children. I have two children so that doesn't work for me.

My sisten in law just got a Welsh Corgi. It is very adorable and they are known as "The Best Dog" to some. The queen of England owns a few of them and they are really cute.

someone mentioned pugs, not such a good idea.. they have bad respitory problems and if you dont get a good breeder they also have horrible skin problems.. in old age they can lose fur and its troblesome.. i would agree with a beagle though, they of course have a howling problem but other then that the breed is low keep, unless you show your dogs.. , they dont shed that much and they dont drool. they are good compainions. hope i help. i work at a kennel and im with a lot of breeds everyday, my boss has a show beagle and hes amazing.. if you have any more questions feel free to email me at daedra90@yahoo

pugs are goofy and sneeze and wheeze and are like little geeky dumb clowns in high school. i suggest a puggle. they are half beagle half pug and TOTALLY cute!!!! they don't sneeze or anythign like pugs do, cause i have a pug and a puggle and the puggle is such a sweet little baby and will cuddle and the pug has ADD ADHD and i think asthma!! :)

I have a yorkiepoo. He is only 7 pounds, he is a yorkie and a poodle mixed so that way he doesn't shed.
