Well, quite simply, he kissed her because Kikyo was Inuyasha's first love, and deep down he still have feelings for her. It's not hard to blame Inuyasha for this as their love ended abruptly, and often leaves unfufilled feelings. So, even though she's dead, and takes souls to survive, Inuyasha still has feelings for her, and is why he did so.
As for the $&x scene picture you saw, that most likely was a doujinshi (fan made art) as this has never happened in the official storyline.

He kissed her because that was his true love when she was alive. Inuyasha only sees her with loving eyes and when you look at a person with loving eyes, you often can't see or overlook the bad in that person. Also, when a loved one dies, you would do anything just to see them again and not care about anything else. Kagome and Inuyasha never got together like that and they only kissed in the second movie"The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass" and in the manga they were about to kiss but got interrupted by Souta in Chapter 494. I wanted Inuyasha to forget about Kikyo too.

at 147 -148 are flashback eps of what happend before she died in episode 148 she kisses him

He kissed her to make you jealous. Did it work? There is all kinds of adult animation out there, just be careful where you surf and if you see something you don't like just leave.
