Slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush, hair brush and all of the things you would pack if you were going to someones house overnight aka on a weekend visit. If you have a favorite lotion or favorite toothpaste then pack it. Pack clothes to come home in unless you husband will be bring them up for you the day of discharge. You will also want to pack the outfit you will be bringing the baby home in as well as a blanket to wrap the baby in. If you use a cell phone a lot then pack it but if you don't use it a lot leave it home as hospitals have phones in the room. Leave your valuables and your money at home.

have some suckers for when you are in the labor room (if you like suckers)
for when you are in your room w/ your baby:
*comfy jammies
*simple makeup (if you wear it)
*brush, comb, ect
*snacks, drinks (hostpitals don't always carry your favs)
*lotions, shamp/conditioner, ect (I had an allergic reaction to the hospital lotions....so you might want to bring you own. Plus it just makes you feel more like YOU)
*comfy outfits for the baby
*socks for you...my feet got COLD
*a journal....I wrote in it every night when things got really quiet....I treasure it today.
Blessings.
