I don't trust doctors at all.

Guns don't kill people,
Doctors kill people.

Not really. I do my own research mostly and occasionally see a doctor to get pointed in the right direction. If I had to have treatment I can't do myself, I'd be nervous as hell.
Once I went to the ER for something I had already researched on my own and couldn't find the treatment for. The doctor there didn't know what the condition was and when I said its name he said 'yeah that's it.' Real confidence builder. He told me to take benadryl because the antihistamine was supposed to fix the bad reaction I was having to a different med. It didn't work. Big surprise. I wasted money on that, too.

It took me a long time to find a doctor that I trust, but trustworthy doctors are out there. Just like any group of people - there are good and there are bad.

No. It's been my experience that many of them don't know and don't care. When it comes to major illnesses, I always suggest to my loved ones to do you own research instead of blindly trusting your doctors. And, if at all possible, try to get opinions from several different doctors.

It's termed Medical Practice for a reason, I think that 95% of the time most doctors are acurate, but then agian, that's why it's wise to seek a second opinion.

No. Once I went to the doctor and he asked if I was on any medication and I said "Coricidan D" and he said "What is that? I have never heard of that." I can't believe he didn't know. You can buy it at the store. Then he charged me $200 for his consultation!

Never. My mother died 1 day after seeing a doctor. I went in to a different doc once for athlete's foot, and I got anti-depressants. (!!!) I hate doctors. They never listen.

Yes I do but not completely for the fact that they do not usually recommend alternative medicine like herbal remedies that could work just as well or sometimes better.
