My father-in-law. I grew up with a biological father and 2 step fathers. He is the best father figure I've ever known. He's down to earth, non materialistic, patient, optimistic, and very wise. I love him and I'm glad my husband came from a happy. healthy upbringing unlike myself. He's a saint! I've come to trust his wisdom and confide in him like a friend when I'm feeling down.

The learning assistance teacher at my son's school.
She stays late. gives up her lunches and often drives my son's friend home after homework club. She is always there for any of the kids and always has some time to talk.

My grandmother. She raised me, making sacrifice after sacrifice for me. I'm positive she's saved my life a few times, bringing me out of terrible situations. I'll never ever be able to repay her for all the things she's done for me.
