I'll stick to finding parking at the beach, avoiding broken glass or needles when looking for ideal spot for the beach blanket, and the bumper to bumper traffic from 5 am to 8 pm.

I wish other states would have this! I cant stand the cold but for some people that is a great idea. I have family who already live in Anchorage AK. and they love it but I cant stand the cold.

No. It is very cold, and not near anything. And Alaska is expensive, it would probably cost a lot to build on that land.

no I hate cold weather and I like my hospital, airport (major) shopping and fast food establishments within a 20 min. drive
