Dwayne Jarret probably won't go in the first round of the draft, if he does, he'll go really late. Maybe the Eagles, or the maybe the Pats. The Ravens could use another receiver for McNair. oh, And who cares that Matt jones is white? the guy runs a 4.3 40, dude.

I am going to say he will go to either A) 49'ers or B) Falcons
both teams need a good WR the 49'ers have made some serious free agency moves and with all that extra cap room they can still do more, a deep threat like Jarrett would be an excellent addition to the team. However the Flacons are always looking for a receiver that can catch Vicks throws (hard to come by) other than Alge Crumpler and with the routes Jarrett runs and the running he can do once hes in the open field he could fit the Falcons well.

Most likely the Titans because they lost Drew Bennett in free agency. Titans need a a pretty solid reciever for Vince Young. Although I wouldn't be suprised if they passed him up to get Meachem.
Bottom line:
Most likely Titans. If not Chargers

The way the drafts have been playing out, he will go to Detroit. Matt Millen, with his infinite wisdom, will choose another receiver.

Down Hill, is your Answer, this skinny version of Mike Williams, is trying to hide his weakness and will not fair so well in the NFL due to his lack of Burst and top end speed. Don't believe me that it matters? Ask the Jaguars and the Lions and see how well they like their big, tall, slow, WR's...

I say the Titans pick him.
Great pick since Norm Chom coached him before and he knows what he can do.
