I like the name although I do not like the spelling Madalyin, it just doesn't look right. I also don't like delannie spelled that way. How about
Madalyn Delaynie
Madeline Delaynie
or Delainey

LOVE IT!!! Gotta tell you though that there are becoming lots of maddies and madalyins. I have 3 kids I know about 5 first graders named madalyin spelled all differnet ways. I no one in Prescool another in Soccer and my kids have a cousin Maddie on both sides. I almost named my last one Delannie my mom wanted that name really bad but husband didn't like it for some reason and since we finally got a girl I sided with him. My mom made up the name Brailey from my boy Braden name so that's what she got. Never found it on any searches or name books it is pronouced bray lee. I wished I would of named her Courtney Lennon. Ok love the name but think about all the Madalyin. I did that with my son Logan....I thought he was the only one around here...lol!!

Absolutely beautiful, but I too would drop the "i". Madalyn Delannie looks great! I wish I knew the last name so I could say it all together... Great choice!

I like Madalyin Delannie, but I like Maddison better. You cuold shorten it to Madi or Lynne, or you could even use her middle name as her first, I know a few Delaneys and they are all adorable! Congrats!

Yes I love it!!! I like it spelled Madalynn Delannie better though. I don't think you need the extra "i" in it, unless you are pronouncing it Mada-lie-in. It is very pretty though.

Our daughter's name is Delaney Mae, so Delannie is a different way to spell it....unique.

Madalyn yes. I'd drop the "i" though. It seems confusing. Delannie is nice also.

The name is cute, but I would probably not spell it that way.
It took me a second to notice the "i" and your daughter will receive a lot of mispellings (probably leaving out the i) when others write her name. They will either not notice the i and spell it Madalyn or think it is a typo (as I did at first) and omit it trying to "correct it".
Also is is pronounced "Mada - line" or "Mada - lion"?

Middle names are not such a big deal as they are not written as often and if you felt the need to be creative, that's where I'd do it.
