Not a physical one from an illness if that's what you mean. If something horrible happens or even if my grandkids do something cute I get that feeling that pulls the heart strings or whatever that expression is. Like yesterday I said to my 22 month old granddaughter, "You are so busy!" And as she left the room I heard her say proudly, "I am busy!"

Yes as a result of a functional heart murmur. It happens about once a month and doesn't last long. Does not require pre-treatment for surgery or dental exams as some murmurs do. Talk to your doctor. They have medication for it, but once you start the medicine you take it for life.
