Comfortable clothes, maybe a sweater for padding. Knee pads are a must unless you got some tough knees, you'll find your self trying to get as low to the ground as possible. Padded gloves, helps protect your knuckles when you get hit. Shoes with good traction, cross trainers maybe even some cleats but make sure they are comfortable. Oh make sure what ever clothes you wear you won't mind getting it dirty or maybe even stained.

I'm 15 now and I started at 13 too. I went to a party and had no idea what I was doing but learned fast. It was possibly the greatest party I have ever attended. The age limit is usually 10 and it costs around $25 to $35 dollars for rental equipment(u could probably get a deal for a party) and I would recommend wearing a sweatshirt, jeans, backwards hat, shinguards, and a cup for the first time you play. You play by having half the people on one side and half on the other and the ref blows start and you charge forward for the best bunkers and basically try to shoot the other team first. It doesn't hurt bad at all like a rubberband snapping for a second. Definately a great party choice!

If you have your own mask bring it. I would suggest to wear many layers of clothing, with waterproof boots. Bring water, and money for food, paintballs, and co2. Also I would strongly suggest bringing a change of clothing, and if your going to be out there a while, an extra pair of boot laces, trust me they get snagged on bushes, break, and the day is ruined.
P.S. This is for outdoor(woodsball)

You should wear camaflouge clothes too if you have any, that would help. Do not take bright colors because then you will be easy to spot.... Take water to drink, and paitballs to refill your gun. Other than that your set, just be ready to have a blast and also too feel pain. You can also take a vest to cover up your chest but thats if you want....

You need Ammo, lots of it. CO2 tanks if your guns require it. And I suggest old army clothing as to not to ruin any of yours. If you can't handle pain, I say get some body protection with padding. Paintballs hurt, leaving loads of bruises if you get hit continously. Good luck and have fun. One more tip: "Always Stealth it!"

Wear something bright before you start, and the "enemy" will be looking for that ... you can even set it up as a decoy behind a shrub or rock ... then move forward and to the side. their attention is 20 or 30 yards away when you pick them off.
Have fun and remember to duck

Paintballs and wear something you don't mind getting dirty. A little padding in the right place would be smart. Paint balls kinda have a sting to them.

hi, i know some would wear several layers of clothing just to minimize the pain... but u can make a body armour, if you are serious inthis sports for a long time., using floor mat materials and wear either inside or outside your clothes.
