How to teach Mandarin Chinese in the US?

I would like to teach Mandarin Chinese in the US. Do I need a certificate to teach? Where can I get it? I'm not authorized to work in the US, how do I get a working visa? Thanks for answering.

I have a master from the states. Do you mean applying for a job in the universtiy?

assuming your english is good i would start by applying at universitys. They will often help you get a work visa for teaching.
