do i need to be verified to use paypal to buy stuff off ebay
i have not done the bank funding, will i still be able to buy stuff off ebay and pay thru paypal?

yes you need to be verified,
all you have to do is put your credit card account number or your bank account number follow directions wait a couple of days and there you paypal account is verified
Plus some sellers on ebay only ship to verified paypal addresses.

I remember setting up a paypal account just so i could buy something from ebay!
I don't remember paypal asking me to get verified, so you can definately buy off ebay without getting verified as long as the card you assign to paypal is a credit or debit card.
(i.e when ebay asks for credit card details)

I have used paypal for a long time, The point is you can sell on e-bay and get paid straight away and you can buy on e-bay and the money goes straight away to the seller, as long as you keep some money in your paypal account there is nothing to worry about, it is perfectly safe, yes get verified it tell everyone you are genuine.

No you don't need to be verified.
If you are unverified then there is a limit as to how much you can transfer in and out of the account but this limit is very high so unless you are a trader there is not much point.
Watch out for ebay though - It's a bit bloody addictive!

You dont have to be verified, if you do then you can spend more and alot of Sellers and buyers prefer it if you are verified.
You will still be able to buy things without it
