How do i deal with an overbearing "friend"/ first cousin?

She is the most negative person i have ever met in my life! dont get me wrong im not exactly a fan of shiny happy people, but everything that comes out of this girls mouth is pure venom.shes constantly making backhand remarks about me and my friends, but does it in that annoying sweet condacending voice as if shes only trying to give some advice.shes constantly fishing for compliments, her vanity isnt even a joke anymore.shes constantly spewing out facts and trying to assert her intelligence at any given chance, when she found out my IQ was considerably higher that hers she almost had a ciniption. any guy that im friends with she flirts with outragousley to make me jealous, now shes txting and ringing a really good friend of mine, and im worried for him cause if he doesnt return her feelings in kind, she will go all out to destroy his life, shes accused three friends of mine already of rape, and one was gay!!! how do i explain to him without sounding like im jeolous

i really appreciate your answers, but its really not as easy as cutting all ties with her, to begin with her mother is my fathers sister and the last time i stopped talking to her,her mother refused to have any contact with us which really hurt my dad, another reason being she somehow got the number of a guy i had a serious crush on for many years and pretended to be me and made me out to be psychopth, it kills me to admit but i am scared of her, this girl once stabbed her sister in th arm with a knife during an argument, laid down poison in an exs backyard to kill his dog, only for me and a friend tipping him off the dog would be dead. im at breaking point! i have depression and an anxiety disorder, and all this isnt helping.

Let your good friends know she is a manipulator and a liar and that is why you do not hang with her.
if they are good friends they will believe you,
You can't go around warning everybody about her behaviour, they will find out sooner or later.
I would keep my distance from her and not go anywhere (out with her) especially if my Friends were around.
She is a girl who will cry wolf once too often and to the wrong person and she will regret it deeply.
You need to take a different approach with her and stay away.
it shouldn't hurt you knowing that she is talking about you, as your know who you are as a person and any person that knows you, knows who you are.
Talk is cheap and she is making herself look very cheap in other people's eyes.
keep your distance she is a power hungry, manipulative person who will step on anybody to try to make herself look better.
Do not tell her anything personal and cousin or not, keep away from her....

You don't explain her to anyone. If they are wise, they will work it out. If not, then experience will teach them in future to be wiser. If you speak out it looks like sour grapes. Please just lose this woman out of your life. Disassociate yourself from her. Tell her nothing, take her nowhere and drop her off halfway as is a saying in my end of the word. Don't let her meet your friends. Do not allow her the space to keep raining on your parade. Force her to go get a life of her own. Preserve your privacy and sanity. She will likely fume and carry on, but the heck with it. Life is way too short to spend it with unpleasant folk.

Good luck ditching the cousin. By the way, she is not your friend. A friend supports you, not tries to take you down a peg every chance they get.

Oh yeah. Actually he seems like a closet case in view that of the ingesting. Like it is the simplest time he shall we the truly him pop out b/c he can fob off accountability. Sounds lovely psychologically screwed up. He'll customarily attempt to get you inebriated and strive it once more.
