I sleep normally10 hours or 9 hours and I always wake up more tired. Sometimes I get a headache. The circles under my eyes look so dark, like black eyes. I cant seem to find a medium, what do I do?

10 hours is too much sleep. Most bodies require roughly 8 hours of sleep to regenerate completly. If you get more than this you will wake up tired and groggy.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

ok so you sound much like i used too! my husband used to get so mad because i would sleep all day if he let me and than still be tired and get headaches!
find yourself a good multi vitamin (i take double x by nutrilite!) the stuff is amazing and after only a few days you have much more energy and don't need nearly as much sleep! plus nutrilite is an amazing company! they have another daily vitamin too called one a day which works well too.
next i would suggest obviously drinking more water but also check out an eye cream called replenishing eye cream by Artistry
this company is also amazing and the eye cream is like 8 hours of sleep in a tube! it is clinically proven to reduce the signs of aging fine lines puffiness and dark circles!
for real this stuff changed my life! no more circles or puffiness and a ton more energy its amazing what a good vitamin will do for your body!
don't take my word for it though check out

and do some research here!
and www.artistry.com

and get all the info you could need!
i hope you find what you are looking for good luck!

You're getting tired and having head akes b/c your sleeping too much. Try 8hrs. of sleep a night and always try to get to sleep around the same time every night. I know you will be tired for the first couple of days; but you'll feel and look a lot better in the long run. Don't take any naps either; I use to have the same problem. You could always start to exercise too.

You could also have allergies which would affect your eyes. Talk to your doctor. But in the meantime, apply a small amount of Preparation H (yes the hemrroid cream) under your eyes. Also, make sure you use a good skin lotion (I worship Oil of Olay Sensitive lotion) on your face and neck. Good luck and God Bless.

Pencil eyeliner consistently makes me look as though a raccoon, so i desperate to objective liquid. i take advantage of Clinique Black liquid liner, and it extremely works completely! It keeps to be on, and does not run in any appreciate. For top eyelids, use liquid liner. It seems air purifier, sleeker, and it does not run. additionally, with liquid liner, you could make it as thick or skinny you want. yet once you're applying it on the top lids, in case you're going for the 'cat eye' look, do not bypass too some distance into the corners of your eyes (it smears). as quickly as I placed eyeliner on my decrease lid, the eyeliner has to bypass on the backside of the eyelashes, in any different case, once you blink, the makeup spreads (for this reason the raccoon look). desire it facilitates!

From the sounds of it, you are getting too much sleep. Try cutting it down to 8 hours and see how it goes.
