Bush's wiretapping cannot be compared to Nixon's. Bush's wiretaps were for legitimate national society reasons. Whether it was right or wrong is debatable. Nixon's wiretaps were to gain political advantage. There is no debate over his intentions being right or wrong. They were wrong.
Bush has done nothing to violate the constitution. If you have ever read the constitution you should see that. The Constitution says nothing about wire tapping or firing attorneys. Has he violated US regulations, possibly, nothing has been proven. I say again he has done nothing to violate the constitution.
