how do u i know when ur period is about 2 start? this is my second year since the first day i started my period.ok my periods have alwayz been normal until a couple months ago 2 of them started way early.now i think that im supposed 2 b on my period right now but im not.i want 2 know how u can tell when its just about 2 start.& if having 2 eragler periods is normal?

Everyone goes through bouts of irregular periods. I wouldn't worry too much unless you start having two periods a month or bleed for more than a week at a time or if you stop bleeding. As far as being able to tell if you are going to start, there are many symptoms of what we call PMS (pre mentrual syndrome). Some people get mild to severe cramps, bloating or a feeling of fullness all the time, headaches, nausea, swelling, crabbiness, or a "heavy" feeling. Keep track of your periods on a calendar and note your start and stop dates. If you continue to have problems and notice your periods becoming more irregular etc, go to your ob/gyn as soon as possible to make sure there aren't any other problems. Good Luck to you!

HAVING EAREGULAR PERIOD IS NORMAL IF YOU ARE ACTIVE AND ATHLETIC,WHEN YOU ARE FEELING CRANPY IN YOU LOWER STOMACH THAT COULD BE A SIGH YOU ARE GOING TO START.
