i have this friend and she smells really bad, everyone makes fun of her but she don't know why, so should i tell her or should i leave it coz i dunt want to think that im pickin on her or that i dunt like her coz that's not true. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There are nice ways of doing so. You can tell her you have heard why they are saying. Tell her you can help advise her on personal body care.
Your not a good friend at all if you don't tell her. Maybe if she's having trouble getting her clothes washed, ask your mom if you can help her out to get them washed. Offer her nice soap, and deodorant. Buy her perfume, but let her know her body, hair and clothes have to smell good before the perfume is used.
