i have seen it, im just trying to write a paper and its hard to pick out the inciting incident.

SPOILERS, OBVIOUSLY.
The inciting incident is when the five crooks are brought together for the line-up in a seemingly unrelated crime, not knowing that they're all connected.
The climax is when they attack the boat looking to steal the drugs and money, but learn that there are no drugs and money and that they were being used to kill the one witness who could identify Keyser Soze.
Then theres the denouement where Verbal is released only moments before the agent learns that He's Keyser Soze

Thats so funny I just watched that movie last night, its one of my favorites.... you really need to watch it, its sooo good....
